Formerly known as the SACNAS Postdoc Cohort Program, SPCP has been reimagined to strengthen our effort to create an inclusive, year-round, welcoming community for postdocs across the country via the platform Discord.

SPCP participants will have an opportunity to network, share resources, and insights, gain a community, AND participate in SACNAS-supported seminars relevant to their current position throughout the year.

Eligibility

  • Applicants must identify as a woman.
  • Applicants must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
  • Applicants must begin their program on or before September 30, 2027.
  • Applicants must be completing their first doctoral degree.
  • Applicants must be enrolled at an institution: 1. Recognized as accredited by the US Department of Education, or 2. An international institution recognized as eligible to participate in US federal student aid programs, as listed on the Federal Student Aid Participating Schools list.
